Madeleines have always been one of those desserts that I have wanted to make for some time. It was just a matter of buying  the pan you need to make these little French cakes. And even though I’ve only made these a few times this year, t’s totally worth it just to have on hand and be able to make those anytime! Using this recipe, the madeleine are the perfect sweet and spongy treat that is a great accompaniment to a nice cup of tea.
