Turtleneck season had arrived this past weekend. It was quite chilly and breezy that a turtleneck would have made the most appropriate wardrobe choice. I have a turtleneck shirt but I think a sweater would be even better. My favorite is the white one from J. Crew in how cozy and warm it looks which is perfect for the colder weather!

Adding a bit of color to my fall outfit. I am still not over colored denim and nor am I over wearing red. In fact, these are one of my favorite pairs of jeans. The way they fit and not to mention I am having too much fun styling them makes them perfect! A few months ago when I got these jeans, I was intimidated by the idea of what to pair them with but anything in that blue/black family will go. This won’t be the last time I will be wearing these on the blog!
It was that kind of movie marathon over the weekend
Ending this week off with some of my sweet moments. This weekend I am finishing reading Catching Fire before the movie comes out and finally getting to my fall cleanup which includes cleaning out my closet of summer items I no longer need and moving everything around so that warmer clothes are easily attainable. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

I usually stray from wearing red and green in that they pretty much remind all of us of Christmas. But when I read this article a few weeks ago, I thought why not give it a go mixing a dark red with a minty shade of green. Pairing nude heels and a yellow bag adds some different colorful elements to take some attention off of the colors too. I really like how it came out; It certainly doesn’t remind me of twinkling lights and decorations!
Every fall I look for a cozy cardigan that could practically double as a blanket for when I have to leave the house. When I saw this Vince cardigan, I thought this is everything I had been looking for. But this Zara one certainly makes a great option due to the price. What would you do? Spluge on the Vince cardigan or save on the Zara one?
